How to Use AI Without Losing Yourself

2. Never let auto-exit override human judgment — A robot doesn’t feel fear or euphoria—and that’s dangerous in gambling contexts.
3. Treat AI as a coach, not a crystal ball — Use it to spot anomalies (e.g., unusually long flights), not dictate bets.
